Vanilla Triple Berry Smoothie

A purple smoothie!  Love, love, love the vanilla soy yogurt in this one.  What a treat!

1 cup Very Vanilla Silk Soy milk
6 tbsp vanilla soy yogurt
1/2 cup frozen berries (blackberries, blueberries, red raspberries)

1: Put soy milk in first, then yogurt, then the fruit... this is important because if you put the yogurt in first, it won't mix as well.
2: Blend it up!
Oh my goodness...so creamy and delicious!

Alternative: Hot Apple Cider

Not a recipe, just a fun beverage option for Autumn.  I put my own spin on it with the marshmallows, although I'm told that marshmallows and cider do not mix (...they do).  ;)

Three Berry Smoothie

Happy World Vegan Day!  This is a tasty, quick drink to make on the go!  Try some fruit variations!

1 cup orange juice
1/2 cup mixed frozen (or fresh!) fruit...I used three berry
1/2 container of Amande cultured almondmilk

*I prefer cultured Coconut Milk for a creamier consistency, however, my local grocery store no longer carries it!  Boo!
1: Simply throw it all together in a blender and mix!  I like using frozen fruit because it gives more texture to the smoothie.
2: Add a soy or hemp protein supplement if you'd like.
Update: Tried this with Soy Vanilla Bean Yogurt...SO MUCH CREAMIER!  Loved it!

Double Chocolate Peppermint Cocoa

Oh my yum!  If you're into chocolate, this is perfect for you!  I, myself, am only fond of chocolate at certain times of the month *wink* and this treat fills the bill.

mug of Silk soy chocolate milk
1 scoop Starbucks Hot Cocoa mix
1 tsp peppermint syrup
bunch of Dandie's marshmallows

Heat soy chocolate milk in microwave or on stovetop until hot (maybe 2 minutes).  Add one scoop cocoa and peppermint and mix thoroughly.  Top with marshmallows!

Vanilla Hot Cocoa

Just another reason to dust that old bag of marshmallows off...  *wink*

1 cup Silk Very Vanilla Soy Milk
2 scoops Starbucks hot cocoa
a bunch of Dandie's marshmallows

Heat very vanilla soy milk in microwave or on stovetop until hot (maybe 2 minutes).  I prefer to heat it on the stovetop and whip it until frothy.  Add two scoops cocoa and mix thoroughly.  Top with marshmallows!

Root Beer Float

Yum!
1 pint of Vanilla Bean So Delicious Coconut Milk Non-Dairy Frozen Dessert
1 can of A&W Root Beer

The directions for this treat are self-explanatory, but I just wanted to say that, personally, I prefer Hansen's Creamy Root Beer in this recipe, but A&W is the second best as far as creaminess goes.  This combination makes two floats.

Vegan Mocha

1 cup drip coffee
3/4 cup Silk Very Vanilla Soy Milk
2 tbsp Hershey's Special Dark Syrup

Options:
espresso (if you have an espresso machine)
rice or soy whipped cream
Sweet & Sara mini marshmallows

1: Add Hershey's syrup and coffee to mug and stir until thoroughly mixed
2: Heat soy milk in a medium sized pot on high heat
3: Right before the milk begins to boil, remove from heat and beat with a whisk until frothy
4: Add to an extra-large, cozy, rainy-day mug, holding back foam with whisk until the very top.  Enjoy! :)

Side note: this isn't just my cheaply-fabulous way to make a mocha...Seattle has many, many coffee drive-thru cafes, many of which I discovered, used Hershey's syrup as the "mocha"!  Tricky!
