Caprese Flatbread Crisp


Made Caprese flatbread pizza for my omnivore Bear and decided to give it a whirl myself... turned out delicious, however, next time I may try the Daiya wedge for a little more gooey-ness!
 
1 large flatbread (I like Lavash bread from Trader Joe's)
2 tbsp tomato sauce (or none, if you prefer)
Daiya mozzarella shreds
1 roma tomato
9 large basil leaves

1: Preheat oven to 400
2: Spread tomato sauce on flatbread (or if you'd like it to be more of a cracker type thing, don't use sauce)
3: Add mini bunches of Daiya,half slices of tomato with a bit of chiffonade basil on top and bake for 6 or 7 minutes, until edges of flatbread are browned
4: Slice into squares
