Avocado Sandwich
2 medium/large avocados
1 roma tomato
1/2 red onion
ciabatta loaf (watch the labels, if buying from a bakery!)
olive oil
sea salt & pepper
1: Preheat oven to 400ยบF
2: Warm ciabatta loaf for about 7-8 minutes.
3: Cut down the center, sandwich style and dip one (or both sides) in olive oil.
4: Sprinkle salt & pepper on bread and add toppings.
